Referral Process

The following persons can refer a family to Clothes To Kids of Denver, Inc.

• A social worker or caseworker employed at a local social service agency.
• A schoolteacher, administrator, guidance counselor or social worker.
• A pastor, priest or rabbi from the family’s place of worship.
• The family may also use the free and reduced lunch acceptance letter for each child as a referral.

All referrals must be on Agency, School or Church letterhead.
Please include the following in your letter of referral:

• Name of parent, address and telephone number.
• Children’s names, dates of birth, and the school they attend.
• A short sentence stating that you know the family and that they are in need of assistance with clothing for their school-aged children.

Please give the Referral to the family for them to bring to their appointment.  Faxed Referrals are NOT ACCEPTED.  Please instruct your families to call the store at 720-379-4630 for an appointment and to bring their referral with them.
