How to Become a
CTK Youth Volunteer

It’s easy and incredibly rewarding to become a Youth Volunteer at CTK....so get involved! Clothes To Kids is on the approved list for St. Mary’s Academy community service program and soon will be on the Denver Public School community service program list.

Just follow these simple steps to get started. Remember, you must be in 9th through 12th grade to participate in the program.

1. Get all the necessary paperwork from your school or place of worship.
2. Fill out the paperwork.
3. Download the Youth Volunteer Application form (click here).
4. Bring the signed and completed paperwork to Clothes To Kids for pre-orientation.  Dates and Times still to be determined.
5. During pre orientation you will:
   * Tour the store
   * Meet the staff
   * Learn what the volunteer opportunities are:
   * Tagging
   * Sorting clothes
   * Restocking
   * Store displays
   * Data entry
   * Cleaning
   * Receptionist
   * Get a CTK employee to sign your community service paperwork.
   * Sign up for volunteer hours/days in advance.
   * After school between 1:30-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
   * Sign up for orientation (must be done within 60 days of start date).
   

   * You will get volunteer hours for this pre orientation.
